So there is a way to calculate how good your address is to walk to conveniences. I will likely use this during home searches. My current place gets an 82.
Mine score is terrible. I think this thing is wrong. They assume you are fat and out of shape and incapable of going far. I have ridden my bike to the grocery store many times and it is almost as fast as driving. We need one that is for non-sedentary people.

Why only walkscore? Maybe also we should use drive score (BTW it’s already used by sellers from Fizber). Or maybe train score? Any more ideas?
I vote for "bikescore", taking road condition, traffic or bike paths into account.
My walkscore is 40. Apparently 1.8 miles is too far to walk to the gym.
